@buyerofmedia What’s crazy is how many brands manage to scale to even 6-7 figures without having a clue about awareness levels lmao
You don’t see it every day, but I’ve seen it more often than I should

How did we do?
This whole ‘sharing ads that caught my eye tehe xD’ shit has to stop
Peddling useless information, that people are taking action on because u shared it on Twitter
Unless you can verifiably say something worked or it has performed well for you
Stop sharing it as if it did
Keep it simple.
When I look around, I see so many mates overcomplicating things.
Fancy tech stack. Complex systems. 20-step processes that look impressive on paper.
I used to do the same.
But after years in the trenches, here's what I've learned…
The best strategies are usually the simplest.
My entire business strategy revolves around 1 principle:
Make everyone happy.
Team. Clients. Partners. Network.
I’ve seen everyone else out here trying to scale, chasing numbers
your systems can easily break that way.
when you move too fast, quality drops
team gets burnt out
clients start complaining
everything turns into a dumpster fire real quick
realize that business is all about dealing with people.
treat everyone like a relationship, not a transaction.
Deliver world-class results.
Exceed clients' expectations.
Pay your team well & treat them with respect.
Have fun.
when you move like this, everything hits different:
team eating good, feeling respected & wanting to work harder
clients staying for longer
work actually fun cuz we ain't fighting fires 24/7
At the end of the day, business is a lot of “i scratch your back, you scratch mine”
Take care of your team. Take care of your clients. Take care of your partners.
And they gonna take care of you.
Scale slow.
It’s gonna take longer when you’re not scamming ppl, selling a pipedream & promoting fugazi guru lifestyles.
But that’s okay.
Scaling a legit business takes time.
