Two weeks. Still no internet.
@webafrica Their “tech support” is a WhatsApp chatbot loop, with no action, no technician, and zero accountability.
We’re paying customers. This isn’t service. It’s neglect.
@News24 — this story needs to be told!
#WebafricaFail#InternetDown
@webafrica Not true, if you sign up with Webafrica. We have been without internet for 14 days, no one coming to help or sort it out, empty phrases on endless Whatsapp chats, agents stop responding when one asks for help. DON'T SIGN UP! Total scam!
@webafrica I’ve done so a 100 times. Have had enough. You guys are useless. I wil cancel and spread the word about this horrendous service. No one should ever go into business with you. Total scam!!!
@webafrica@News24 I’ve given my email address, physical address, name and any other information necessary about 20 times on your useless WhatsApp line. No thank you. Worst service ever.
