@KLM Hi, many thanks to the anonymous assistant who finally -and belatedly- solved my request regarding a faulty voucher after two months.
To the company: you need to do something about your customer service. It's understaffed and badly organized. And don't forget @rafaellyra .
@KLM My refund request got rejected. I am shocked. I booked the hotel, food, taxi for the overnight stay due to KLM operational issue on 1st April. I missed my second connection due to delay of first. Your crew advised to book hotel for overnight stay & claim from KLM portal.
With flights being unpredictable these days do not fly with @KLM if their policy is that if they cancel a flight or make a serious mistake “they can only rebook through #KLM and have 0 partner airlines” again you are better off with @easyJet and will save money. #KLMScam
