@KLM ok I have been patient but when is the day that you refund me all my money and not just a part that you think is enough, you cancelled my tickets and now I have to beg for my money

😤🤬 @KLM_UK making me buy another flight for £740 to Amsterdam because they can’t do a simple name swap on a flight ticket?! My mother wants to see her daughters wedding so we had no choice to book! She’s 86 y.o and made a mistake on the flight booking!👩🏻🦽🤷🏼♀️

up to three times, three times where I had to pay a fee (of course, always with the same scam). Now that you have decided to do the refund, do it right, that even when you do your job you do it wrong.I hope you get in touch with me soon and don't try to ignore me (company policy)

@KLM Our fathers day would have been much better if the money we had to spend while stranded with 3 kids in Amsterdam back in April had been reimbursed. How long are you planning to keep people waiting???
@KLM If only your less visible work took place in customer "care" - when you leave vulnerable customers stranded in a city they don't know and didn't want to visit for 3 nights, and then a month later have reimbursed £0 we are all a bit less interested in other roles .....

Absolute disgrace of a company
@KLM Why can’t you do your utmost to sort out claims. February you cancelled my flight leaving me stranded in another country for more than 48 hours and I had to find my own accommodation, food and transport. Please can you answer my request without say “high volumes” & “be patient”
