@googlenesthelp i am having a great difficulty connecting 3rd gen nest thermostat to wifi. It disconnected after 16 months and can't find any near by wifi network. Please help!!

@Dell do batteries die in 2+ years for inspiron laptop products? Your tech support supervisor tells me, they dont stand by product especially after 1 year warranty expires. Laptop batteries are designed to last years but not for dell product I have. No resolution so far.
