@lufthansa @united We already contacted them, and they told us to contact @united because that’s who we booked through, and now United is saying we need to contact @lufthansa as they control the wait list. Wouldn’t have booked if we ever thought our seat wasn’t guaranteed.

Booked flight on @lufthansa through @united. apparently they waitlisted us. Has anyone ever booked a flight, paid money, & been told you might not actually get on it? @lufthansa we’ve been working w/ @united because your rep said we needed to, but United says this is your issue.

Booked a flight on @lufthansa through @united, received confirmation # and see a cc charge, yet now I’m told I’m “waitlisted.” I wasn’t alerted of this when purchasing tix. Was on phone with @united for 3.5hrs today & no resolution. Please help me get confirmed on my flight.

@Delta @Delta we literally drove across town to the airport, to speak with an agent in person to help us edit a name on a ticket, because we couldn’t get through for almost 4 hours on the phone, and no one online either.

@Delta on hold for over 2 hours (which based on other’s tweets looks to not be very long). Just need to update the name of a passenger on flight for tomorrow.

@SouthwestAir What are you going to do to right this wrong? I was on a cancelled flight this afternoon, was auto-booked to one tomorrow. Managed to secure another one for same day, but I got in 10hrs after original flight, and checked bags are missing. Loyal customer, please right this wrong.
