@rafaelfranca@robzolkos This is a great change. You should keep it. It’s not realistically going to cause much trouble and it will make software better by improving the availability of UTF-8 support.
@McCarron Walking from North & Clybourn red line is fine (safe, but unpleasant with all the traffic noise). You can also take the 72 bus over (picks up in front of Crate & Barrel) or take an electric Divvy for a few bucks.
@MikeJF@DaveBlass @BuckAdmiral It means that the impact of their weapons fire leaves residual ionic energy which can be later used to track their target.
@davemark@gruber Maybe a good approach would be to require something like 3 of 10 trusted contacts to confirm it's legit if you're resetting your Apple ID password with your phone password?
@davemark@gruber Yes, but it'd sort of defeat the point of letting people change their Apple ID password with their phone password, which is a pretty secure reset flow if you legitimately forgot your Apple ID password.
@davemark@gruber It does prevent changing the phone password — but if you have the phone password, you can reset the Apple ID password, then use that to reset the Screen Time password, then change the phone password.
@gruber@davemark It wouldn't be anything but a speed bump for this attack vector though, since Screen Time passcode can be reset with Apple ID (which can be reset with phone passcode).
