Shipping quietly eats your margin.
SparkSource puts the store's shipping into your cost per unit, so the profit and ROI on your lead list already count what it costs to get the product to you. Advanced AI Produced Lead Lists for Amazon & Walmart. https://t.co/PrcJABQjHw

@HIA_ECOMMERCE Thanks! One habit that helps: when a return says "not as described," pull up the listing next to the item you bought. Mismatches usually jump out fast, and you can fix it before the next restock.
A cheap buy that never sells is just inventory.
Every Amazon lead on your lead list shows estimated monthly sales and whether Amazon is on the listing. Walmart leads show ratings. Buy what moves. Try the daily lead list free for 30 days: https://t.co/PrcJABPLRY

Yesterday's price is how buys go wrong.

@AtlasPrepCenter Good reminder. If you miss the cutoff, deals aren't dead. FBM with tight handling time can still catch the late shoppers, just price it into your ROI before you buy.
@LEONVARTANIAN Retail arbitrage can feel like a job, but online arbitrage from brand sites scales a lot better, especially with stacked codes and cashback. Plenty of sellers run OA alongside wholesale. It's a big part of what we put on SparkSource lead lists.
@ryanmcraver Great breakdown. For resellers on both channels, size is usually the swing factor. Small, light items tend to favor FBA, and bulky stuff often nets more FBM or on Shopify once you price in Q4 storage.
@shaoxiao_si Worth planning for if you resell. Holiday units can come back well into January, so keep a little margin buffer on Q4 buys, and watch for unsellable returns before you reorder the same ASIN.
Black Friday reminder for Amazon brands.
Peak fulfillment fees plus pricier ad clicks is where Q4 margin quietly disappears.
Check profit per unit on your top products before you scale spend, not after.
@StevenArjonilla Big one for arbitrage sellers too. Rerun ROI with peak fulfillment fees on anything you're buying now, since a lead that cleared in September can go break-even in December. Every lead on our lead lists at https://t.co/PrcJABQjHw comes with the Amazon fees worked out.
Selling out of your best seller isn't a win.
It's weeks of sales handed to whoever still has stock. On Amazon FBA, a stockout can cost you your ranking too.
A reorder date from your own sales pace and your supplier's lead time fixes it.
@untappedtino So true. Same goes for arbitrage restocks: if a brand-site deal keeps coming back, log the sales pace per ASIN and reorder before you hit zero. Stockouts hand your Buy Box share to whoever's still in stock.

It's a five step process from purchase to restock.
Here's all five.๐งต
@joeypraete Solid process. One step we'd add before purchase: check the 90-day Buy Box and seller count, not just today's price. A lot of restock pain starts with buying into a spread that was only there for a week.
