CFTC 昨天刚更新的 FAQ，核心新增/明确两件事：

① 客户资金可以投资于合规资产的代币化版本

如果一个资产本身属于允许投资的资产，那么它被代币化之后，只要持有人获得的法律权利和经济权利与传统形式相同或功能等价，原则上不会因为“上链了”就失去资格

我理解这完全是 Backpack 此时此刻在做的事情：

② 区块链可以用于满足监管记录保存要求

CFTC 官方明确说，这次更新重点回答的就是两个问题：
