This is really great work from @ggaripler and @congyilv, using a CRISPR screen against all TFs to find two new zinc-finger regulators of pluripotency. Lexi Morrissey from our lab helped characterize the genomic binding of those TFs.
Congrats to @congyilv from our group and @ggaripler from @EstebanMazzoni lab on this new study that uses TFome-wide CRISPR libraries (🐭 & 🧑🤝🧑) to find essential TFs to maintain pluripotency. 👏
