1️⃣ Infraestructures aeroportuàries no són càrrec dels impostos generals.
Les inversions en infraestructures aeroportuàries (aeroports, aeròdroms o camps de vol) d'interès general són privades perquè no depenen d'un pressupost públic, ja que es recauda a través de taxes a passatgers (impost per ús) i no dels impostos dels ciutadans.

2️⃣ Els recursos que gestiona @aena han de destinar-se exclusivament a actuacions vinculades a la seva activitat aeroportuària, segons el seu objecte social i el marc regulador vigent, i no poden ser utilitzats per finançar infraestructures estatals alienes, com ara projectes ferroviaris o d’habitatge, llevat que tinguin una connexió directa i funcional amb els serveis aeroportuaris

Concretament, les inversions en infraestructures aeroportuàries (aeroports, aeròdroms o camps de vol) d'interès general són privades perquè són sufragades a través de taxes a passatgers (impost per ús) i no dels impostos dels ciutadans (pressupost públic del Ministerio).

3️⃣ L’aeroport i Rodalies no competeixen pels mateixos recursos: Aena finança les seves inversions amb els ingressos de la seva activitat, mentre que el ferrocarril depèn fonamentalment de pressupost públic.
