AI engineering is no longer just about knowing how to use an LLM.

The model is only one piece of the system.

Once you start building AI applications that actually need to work in production, the stack gets much bigger:

→ LLMs for reasoning and generation
→ RAG for grounding responses in your data
→ Embeddings + Vector DBs for semantic search
→ Agent frameworks for tool use and orchestration
→ MCP for connecting agents with external systems
→ Memory for maintaining context across interactions
→ Observability for understanding what went wrong
→ Security for protecting models, data and tools
→ Automation for turning workflows into actual actions

And then there are dozens of tools competing within each layer.

That's probably the most confusing part of learning AI engineering today.

You don't need to learn every tool in this ecosystem.

You need to understand what problem each layer solves - and then go deep on the tools that fit the systems you're building.

The shift from experimenting with an AI model to building a production-ready AI system is much bigger than most tutorials make it look.

This ecosystem map is a pretty useful reference for understanding what's happening beyond the LLM itself.

Habitat 67 is one of the most iconic and revolutionary residential complexes in the world, located at Cité-du-Havre along the Saint Lawrence River in Montreal.

Designed by Israeli-Canadian architect Moshe Safdie, the building originated as his master's thesis at McGill University before being realized as a pavilion and housing model for the world's fair Expo 67.

The structure is made of 354 prefabricated concrete modules stacked in a geometric configuration resembling building blocks. Safdie designed the complex to combine the benefits of suburban homes, like private gardens and natural light, with the density of urban high-rises. The configuration created 148 residences where each home occupies one to four cubes and enjoys a private rooftop terrace.

The building is a designated historic monument by the city of Montreal and the province of Quebec. While initially intended to showcase affordable housing, it has evolved into a highly desirable luxury address.

میخواستم ببینم با بودجه ۳۰ دلار میشه یه مدل TTS فارسی فاین‌تیون کرد یا نه.

آخرش رسیدم به Kokoro و با حدود ۲۰ ساعت دیتای فارسی فاین‌تیونش کردم. نتیجه برای این مقدار دیتا خوب شد.

آوا ۸۲ میلیون پارامتر داره، کمتر از ۴۰۰ مگابایته و توی ویدئو هم سرعت اجرای اون رو میبینید
