اعترافات فرح القدسي مدربة اليوجا الشهيرة، والتي قامت بتدريب أكثر من 150 مدربة يوجا، وهي صاحبة مدرسة نامستاي زون لتدريب اليوجا:

1- بعد أكثر من 15 سنة قررت أن أعتزل اليوجا.

2- ليس من مصلحتي أن أقدم هذه الاعترافات لكن هذا واجب.

3- تعلمت اليوجا في الهند وعلى يد كثير من الأساتذة المختصين، وتعلمت أنواع متعددة من اليوجا مثل:
Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama yoga breathing, Meditation.

4- اليوجا ليست رياضة، فجلسات اليوجا معيبة صحيا وتسبب مشاكل، ومعظم الذين يدخلون حصص اليوجا يخرجون بإصابات.

5- اليوجا هي ديانة... نعم هي ديانة وثنية قديمة.

6- معظم أسماء الـ Asanas – وضعيات اليوجا – هي dedication مع Sages والمعنى استرضاء أو تقديم قرابين للحكماء القدامي.
والحكماء القدامى هو أحد أشهر طرق الشيطان في الهند أثناء العزلة لإقناعك بتقديم القرابين له.
فتأتي الشياطين أحدهم وتقول له:
نحن حكماء قدامى أتينا لإعطائك بعض الحكمة.
نحن ملائكة ساقطون.
نحن الوعي الكلي.
نحن كائنات نورانية.
أسماء كثيرة للشياطين يستخدمونها حتى يتقرب لهم الإنس بأنواع القرابين المختلفة.

7- عندنا في اليوجا ما يعرف بـ : Pose Dedicated to the Sage Marichi
والمعنى: يوجا استرضاء الشيطان مارتشي.
وعندما بحثت في هذه المعلومة أدهشني ما وصلت إليه فمارتشي هو أحد الشياطين التي تُعبد في الهند من دون رب العالمين.
ووضعية اليوجا هنا لتقديم الاسترضاء لهذا الشيطان، أشبه ما تكون بالخضوع التام.
ويمكنكم البحث تحت عنوان Sage Marichi وأعتذر عن شكله الذي يظهر به في أذهان من يقدم له هذه العبادة.
وانظروا لطريقة الجلوس أمامه بذل وخضوع كامل.
فاليوجا هي عبادة للشياطين من دون رب العالمين.
لذلك يجب تجريم ممارسة اليوجا في العالم الإسلامي لأنها طقس شيطاني كامل.

8- كنت أتوقع أن هذه مبالغة لكن الأمر حقيقي.
