who is responsible. Please answer for travellers.

@TUIUK The TUI rep was dealing with it and at NO time have I been asked or told to report it. Please talk to somebody and please establish for me who is responsible for the bag given to the transfer coach driver in good faith and it is lost.

This was coach with Tui branding on it
There was either loss or theft of my bag
