I was also charged Rs. 46 per km in Kolkata on 23rd May under normal weather & traffic conditions. Uber says it's for 'uncontrollable factors'. Only the looters in Uber management knows how exactly uncontrollable factors are factored into customers' fares. #STOPUBERSCAM @Uber
