Hey @networkrail generator left running out of hours for 3 days now while no work going on at track near my house. 65db indoors, can't open windows due to diesel smell in 25c heat. Not warned about this and cust services can do nothing. Unacceptable- what will you do to sort it?

Phone fell out of bag at GLA on Sunday. Tracked using #life360 from Gate to exactly where the @LuggagePointUK kiosk is before running out of battery on Monday, yet they're denying all knowledge of it. Does this mean it's been nicked after someone handed it in..? 😕

Hey @dobbies if you're going to randomly upgrade people to plus membership it might be an idea to actually update your systems. After 20min of computer says no with full trolley and upset toddler, ended up paying for plus membership - then didn't get properly discounted anyway 🤦‍♀️

Hi @CenterParcsUK how long are the wait times at your call centre? Been on hold for 40min before I gave up this morning and now another 30min... need to make a change to / clarify booking and the person on the center parcs FB messenger isn't being v helpful...

Hi @BritishGasHelp I've been trying for days to pay my energy bill - phone lines not answered, online is a constant "oops something went wrong, try again later" message. Oh and you posted it to the wrong address despite me spending hours supppsedly sorting that out 3 months ago🙄

@NetworkRailSCOT I did this at 3am. The woman on the phone was mildly helpful at best. These kind of non-emergency works should not go ahead if staff are unable to do their job without social distancing. Also with reduced timetable could easily be done at a time that isn't middle of the night!

@scottish_water Still no supply. Will you supply water? Been stuck with an increasingly fractious (and dirty!) baby all day. This happened when we lived in G12 under a year ago and you delivered water to me and same baby

I’m going to do a little thread about breastfeeding because I imagine some people might think that the KLM policy that so many are tweeting about is just a fuss about nothing, but it’s actually really important that mothers feel *supported* - not just *permitted* - to breastfeed.

Also now bitter that BA refused 19yr old me a wine flying out of USA as "it's illegal here"!
