@united flight 1247 is delayed (no clue how long) while we wait on a part to fix the PA system. The plane arrived last night. How did this not become a problem until we're ready to board? Doesn't make sense?

@united Just received the update: brought the wrong part. Another hour expected before we leave. That depends on smart people doing a few things right (which means I have little confidence). This should have been handled earlier. Do better UA.

@o_aimee Sounds like the state's bullying laws. My son was repeatedly physically and emotionally bullied by random kids in a Beaverton school but when I called it that, the principal corrected me: in the state of Oregon, it's only bullying when the acts are repeated by the same offender.
