Sheila Oliver was the first woman in politics to ever show me kindness or give me a chance. When I reached out to her, she picked up the phone. She was generous with her time and always had sage advice to give, but more remarkably, she listened.
Vice President Harris: Momentum in this race is shifting and there are signs that Donald Trump is feeling it. He won't debate, but he and his running mate sure seem to have a lot to say about me. And by the way, don't you find some of their stuff to just be plain weird?
Sending my deepest condolences to her Mom, Jenny & members of her family. This is not only a tremendous loss for @NJGov, but for humanity. She was a bright light in NJ politics, especially for women. Thank you Sheila for your service & friendship. Rest in power.

She signed dozens of bills as Acting Governor, including bills that strengthened equal pay for equal work by preventing employers from asking employees’ previous salary history & protecting employees from wage theft. In tandem with her public service, she was a good human being.
Our campaign WILL FIGHT HARD for the rights, freedoms and futures of young people.
It is a hill we will die on. A total non-negotiable.
Thank you to our team of interns who have put this stellar event together.
We are almost filled up. Reg link below. See you Weds! 💪
.@LTGovOliver is currently receiving medical care at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston and is unable to discharge the duties of Acting Governor at this time. Pursuant to Article V, Section I, paragraph 7 of the New Jersey Constitution, @SenPresScutari has assumed the duties of Acting Governor effective this morning. We wish the Lieutenant Governor well as she undergoes medical care and will provide updates to the situation as they arise.
Yes they are. Bring a train back to #blairstown - we were far better off when we had a train line. More jobs, more prosperity, transit options for seniors and disabled people. What’s not to like?
@the_transit_guy Yes please. Also, Blairstown station on the Lackawanna (green) line is missing on this map! See Amtrack’s proposed NY Penn - Scranton line map.

The entire Northeast Corridor narrows to two tracks, and trains must slow to <60 mph, on the 112 year old Portal Bridge, a major source of delays for our commuters.
After helping get the funds for a new bridge, I joined @SecretaryPete today for the groundbreaking.
Breaking barriers to preserve and advance LGBTQIA+ rights in New Jersey since the 1980s, Jeannine Frisby LaRue will continue to further equality in our great state as the new board chair of @GSEquality. Congratulations, Jeannine!
