@EE@bt_uk@Plusnet@WeAreOpenreach. So i am still on the phone with ee. 7 hours now. i have contacted watchdog and will contact ofcom etc. no one is taking responsibility to closing the landline.
@bt_uk Why oh why are you guys sooooo terrible? switching providers shouldn't be such a problem. 5 hrs on the bloody phone so far. trying to sort my mums phone line out.

do you get many complaints about switching providers? my mother has been left without internet and landline. no one taking responsibility and i've been on the phone for 7 hours so far trying to get either ee or plus net to do something about it!
@EE completely hopeless reply ee. i need action. not another way to complain about the terrible service we have had. I have a panicked mother and service providers just saying its someone elses fault, but here's the complaints line.

@EE your guys just hung up on my again....Andy in tech was great..the guy he transferred me to hung up. i started this conversation at 10am....all i want is a landline reinstalled at my mothers house!! FFS
@bt_uk i have been on the phone for 5.5 hrs now. I don't need to chat to anyone else or need any more apologies. @WeAreOpenreach someone can phone me from openreach. meanwhile i will see what i can do to make this harder to ignore.

@WeAreOpenreach@bt_uk I have already. My mum is now left with no broadband and no landline which is very important to her. we can deal with broadband through ee. but we need a landline as mobile signal isn't good at her house. she is panicking ang I've been on the phone for 6 hours!
