For more than four years I’ve had the privilege of helping develop daraxonrasib clinically and leading translational research while caring for patients with previously treated advanced disease.

Some have had exceptional responses lasting years. Children’s weddings. Grandchildren’s graduations. Long-planned travels. Seeing these moments become possible has been a true joy in my clinic.

That is what more time means.

Now I lead MSK’s participation in RASolute-303 to test daraxonrasib as initial treatment for metastatic disease. Across the field we are also developing next-generation RAS inhibitors and degraders and testing novel combinations and treatment in earlier-stage disease.

Our goal is to make this benefit deeper and longer-lasting for our patients.

Grateful to fellow investigators including @EileenMOReilly and all the international investigators, our clinical and research teams and above all our courageous patients and families.

This is why we do this work.
And this is just the beginning.
