@TUIUK@crystalski honestly, the terrible communication, the absolute lack of service at any point on this trip has made this the singularly worst travel experience of my life. @Gatwick_Airport is clearly totally incompetent in this as well
@crystalski@TUIUK 12 hours after your reps messed up pick ups delaying us from getting to Chambery, after the absolute cluster that was Chambery airport, is anyone ever going to update us about what is happening with our bags here in Gatwick for flight 4613?
@sarahellison great point in Wednesday’s vault about hiring an O minded coach to replace JH. What comes to mind is how Bill Walsh (also high respected and beloved) created the culture for the 49ers, and Seifert delivered the superbowls. I think we’re in the same kind of situation
@Joelfc91 @MarcSessler Two wrong don’t make a right, but could lead to some actual sympathy and appreciation that both cities have a similar issue. It’s @DanHanzus ridiculous deification of the colts and hatred of the ravens that irks even more
@GWRHelp clothes their inability to run a reliable service in blame for a ridiculous @RMTunion rail strike. The effect? Using the train isn’t viable for anyone who needs to travel for work and needs to be somewhere on time. @grantshapps#greentravel fail
@GWRHelp just seems to constantly put the consumer experience last. I would never recommend relying on them to get from one location to another on time, or reliably. Why should we use green travel, if rail is so unreliable? @grantshapps
I have used @GWRHelp service 5 times in past five weeks, they cut carriages and dump reservations, running standing room only services from the southwest to London. @grantshapps
Ahhhh … @GWRHelp never fails to disappoint. Why did our train leave 10 min late (1304 from PAD to Plymouth), why were we randomly diverted via Westbury and Castle Cary? Does anyone actually care about commuters who rely on these services to be on time? @grantshapps
