@Uber_Support I have raised chargeback request with my bank, no point you now looking into it. But I will share my experience with everyone, this is too much. I spent over 10k on uver to ve told I only get 0.13 refund for 4 missing items out of 6 and you stone cold close the case.

@Uber_Support I have closed my account and will raise legal complaint. I raised dispute as I should and explained what happened only to be given some random script about substitutions and items not in stock and a refund of 0.13. I will not PM you. I will get my money back legal way.

@Uber_Support You had a chance to look into it when I raised the complaint. I will deal with this legal way now and I will get my money back and that chargeback will cost you 100 times the 0.13. But I will get my money back. If a person orders 2 meals they expect to get 2 meals, not 2 burgers.
