Issue regarding refund for Cab booking (NC74634583972256)

I have booked a cab on 19th October from Bangalore Airport to My location making a full payment beforehand.
Once I reached Mega Kiosk location, there was no cab available there.

I want refund as the issue is from Make My Trip side for not providing the cab and not from my end.

From my account one can check I am an avid user of MMT and these types of issues tend to cause me to switch to another brand in future.

The attendant asked me to cancel as there would be no cab for another hour or 2. There are already people waiting for a long time.

Once I cancelled the trip there was no refund made to my account.

I have been a victim of paying 1170 without any traffic violation.

Towing Vehicle took my bike when it's parked inside white line, there is no sign of no parking on the road.

The traffic police personnel is also not wearing any badge so that we could know his name, the incident of towing happened infront of Lenskart and reporting location is Mico layout traffic police station.
Kindly help or provide proof of wrongful towing of vehicles.
