@skims absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. Just shocking. Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, order has gone awol. No way to get an update have sat on live chat waiting for 20 mins when it said max wait time is 5 minutes and you don’t reply to emails.

@Selfridges @shaymitch spent over £300 on a Beis suitcase. After one light use the paint has completely worn away on the zips. Have had zero support from Selfridges customer service and my emails are now being ignored.

@Sephora on multiple occasions now my parcels have been dumped into the bin/ lost by Ervi. I’ve never been compensated or refunded and can never get any reply from CS.

Today has taken the crown for the worst one of all.. my Sephora parcel has been dumped in a random bin in a house that isn’t mine.

How can I speak to a human about this issue please?
