@RoyalMail re online claim for damage. Your ref:210111-008380. I made the claim on 11/01/21 & as attached auto replies show, I should of had a response by now - Its 5 working days today. Im out of pocket, as I’ve had to reorder the damaged contents to be resent to my customer!

@UPPAbaby_UK Our Uppababy vista (2013) has done 2 kids already and we need it ready for no3! The m problem is the brakes. They work one side but not the other. They work both sides if we kick the wheels into the brakes!
Can you suggest how to fix it? X
