@RelianceCares my senior friend waited for 5 hours today for service. No Reliance rep showed. Her insurance company insisted her rental water heater be inspected. Still waiting. Now what?? It's nearly 10:00pm

@RelianceCares my senior Guelph friend waited 5 hours today for a Reliance rep to arrive. No one arrived and no one called. Then she was promised call back but as yet nothing. Insurance had directed her to call Reliance asap regarding her rented water heater. Now what's next?

@DejaegherChris @mnahangi I wish these passengers well. Last February our luggage was taken off the Sunwing bus that took us from the hotel to Cancun airport so we had nothing to check in. Sunwing denied all responsibility. I was never able to speak to a person - DMs only. Lost everything.

@Rogers long time customer - went to Rogers store to update iPhone Pro Max. Not in stock. Convinced me to get Samsung Galaxy. 16 days later I returned it. Was told I couldn't return it - after 15 days. Too bad. Now I discover policy is 30 days. I want my iPhone back. What now??

@WeAreJohnson I have tried for days to submit some claims online but the website appears to be constantly down with error messages. There’s a long wait with ‘longer than usual volume’ on the message. How can I circumvent this please?

@BrittanyCTV Just back in your hometown Guelph after spending Easter in North Bay and so wishing that there was a train! With three entrepreneurial daughters, all from Guelph, and running successful businesses, I’d love to be up to help out more often. It’s a long winter for driving!
