After realtor commish (and $30k in paid off principal) I walked with LESS that I put as a down payment. Wish I rented

Ppl leave cars blocking the future path of plows during storm, creating the issue. The punishment is having to unbury the obstacle they left in path of the plows, and zero reward is earned for creating initial issue

Ppl street-parked during storm create the issue & their deserved punishment is digging out @ spot becoming publicly available
