@thestefanl i finished it two hours before the pitching. But creating it took much longer. Each slide was designed to score points against a specific evaluation criterias (attached).
Overall "one slide - one idea" just like the McKinsey framework suggests.

Hackathon. 2 days. Team of 5. Our frontend developer got sick on day one.


We ended up being the only team without an MVP to demo on pitch day. Everyone was frustrated and had basically accepted defeat. All we had was the idea and the architecture.
We need to provide solution to automate the accounting process.

I was the designer and the presenter.

I had one challenge:
Present the solution in 4 minutes “on paper”. All I had was 12 slides I built 2 hours ago.


We took 2nd place.

People experience the world through their eyes. Give them visual storytelling.

@dbjoyyy thanks, if you buy a premium but don’t put in enough effort,it won’t give you anything. But overall yes it does affect your reach and your replies are shown higher. It’s basically like creatine but for 𝕏😄

tbh if the growth was around 20–40 people per day it would be much easier to engage with mutuals and build more deep connection with audience and new buddies. One of my posts blew up more than I expected so I got too many new followers at once, i’m expecting a certain number of unfollows for the next weeks.

as for what I’m doing, it’s still hard to give clear advice or recommendations. I’m in testing mode right now, but I’ll share insights at the end of the month. I’m already starting to notice some patterns.
