@wanderingraptor Amazing Pravin, my admiration for @GoAthlos grew more today :)
Have seen Vishal Valavi, he is definitely a star, nice to see discover more faces too. 🙌🏻
I love this series, do keep them coming! 😁🌟
One of the privileges of building @goathlos is we get to witness the journey of pretty interesting trail runners. More so in our backyard, the Sahyadris. Some grew up in the villages nestled around these mountains. Some are farmers. Some spent a lifetime moving through these mountains before even pinning a bib.
What fascinates us even more is the trail running culture taking shape here: the language, the stories, the runners. Every trail running community develops its own character, shaped by the landscape and the people who call it home.
And yet, amidst the distinction, the love for moving through wild places stays the same. Here is how it is shaping up in our Sahyadris. Sharing some scenes from Mawla Ghaati Ultra :)
Hi twitter, our new website is now live.
We didn’t want it to feel like a storefront demanding continuous attention. We wanted it to feel like something you could spend time inside, a field journal about trails, tracks, and endurance.

@keerthisiddeshw@GoAthlos Been wearing Athlos for months, the material holds up across runs, gym sessions and BJJ. Product that actually works across disciplines is rare 🙏
Ok so over the last few weeks the following brands have worked out for me:
Shorts - H&M - this one was surprising. Their relaxed and regular fit shorts are good. The material works well for bombay weather
Polos - @GoAthlos and @thelayerproject have nailed this category.
Designing sleeveless tops for women has always been an interesting challenge for us at @GoAthlos.
It’s a deceptively difficult product category in which tiny pattern changes alter the product's personality. The changes also go a long way in making them better for the sport they are designed for: strength, yoga, or running.
The women's training Racerback is one such product at Athlos: built from bamboo fabric and designed for lifting, yoga, travel, and all-day wear. We've spent time on the armhole design, the fabric weight, and the silhouette to ensure it fits in right in the gym, the city, and everywhere in between.
After being out for a while, the women’s racerback is finally back in stock in all sizes.

We've always been opinionated and stubborn about our technical products at @GoAthlos. We do believe that it has led to beautiful outcomes. A hoodie for our heat and humidity, Merino wool for Indian runners, and running shorts made from ocean waste are some of the products we are extremely proud of as a team.
Earlier this month, @roshansurve_In completed the Mt Fuji 100 Miler wearing the Athlos Sun Hoodie, Merino Baselayer, and Distance Shorts. 167 kms and 34 hours across freezing winds, wet trails, and steep volcanic climbs. All without a change of clothing.
As an activewear brand, being an audience to our users achieve incredible feats feels pretty rewarding. Putting our heads down and building products that translate across different geographies is where the juice is at for us :).
If you are to believe us, Oliver is an excellent host and mentor. Solid technical understanding of the sport and ability to break down running concepts into simple repeatable drills. We'd highly recommend attending this workshop.
Oh yea, I'm hosting a strength training workshop for runners on 16th at Bangalore City University, come join!
@GoAthlos is sponsoring the event.
Entry fee is a nominal INR 300. Here is the signup form: https://t.co/IYa9aHFFwp
Building on our community-led efforts, we are bringing you a strength-training workshop for runners in Bengaluru next Saturday, 16th May, at 8 am. The goal of the workshop is for you to learn a simple, repeatable strength drill you can follow throughout the year.
