The scooter battery was damaged on 03 October & the scooter dropped at Thrissur Peramangalam service center @ the same day itself. They're saying that no battery is given by the ola factory to the service center.

It's a clear Design fault from OLA, In our smaller group in 5 days found more than 5 stand broken and after telling rest of them found most of them have their bolt loose and will break soon. OLA refusing to replace for free so the we needs to pay for that. @OlaElectric @bhash

Two OLA broke while rinding without any collisions within 2 days gap and in the same RTO region.
We need an explanation not just simple words without any technical data but detailed information.
