Karyakartas of ABVP Tamil Nadu today met Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Shri C. Joseph Vijay at the State Secretariat and submitted a 16-point memorandum concerning various student issues across the state.

The delegation highlighted key demands including introduction of Tamil language courses, conduct of students’ union elections in universities and colleges, increased budgetary allocation for educational infrastructure & research, appointment of Vice Chancellors in vacant universities, and formation of a special anti-narcotics task force near educational campuses to ensure a drug-free Tamil Nadu.

The Chief Minister immediately agreed to 8 demands and assured consideration on the remaining issues as well. ABVP remains committed towards safeguarding student interests and strengthening the educational environment in Tamil Nadu.

The protest was against air pollution in Delhi and the slogans were:

1) Comrade Hidma Amar Rahe.
2) Tum Kitne Hidma Maroge, Har Ghar Se Hidma Niklega.

Madvi Hidma was not an environmentalist, and he didn’t die of air pollution in Delhi. He was a Naxal who was responsible for 26 deadly attacks and for killing 100s of soldiers & civilians.

He was also responsible for Dantewada massacre, in which 76 CRPF Jawans were killed. It was the deadliest attack on Indian Forces in a single ambush in the history of independent India. Shockingly, there were celebrations by leftists in JNU at that time.

Look at this placard from air pollution protest in Delhi, they compared Freedom Fighter Birsa Munda with Naxal Hidma.

This is how the left ecosystem manipulates and misleads you. They won't tell you that Birsa Munda ji also fought against the cow slaughter and religious conversions by Missionaries because it doesn't suit their agenda, but they will mislead you by equating Birsa Munda with every Naxal/Maoist who killed our tribals and our soldiers.

Beware of Urban Naxals. They want the youth to turn into Maoists/Naxals and live in the jungle, while they stay in the media, universities and other institutions, living a luxurious life on taxpayers' money.

ABVP compels Kerala Government to correct false slander on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose; Distorted history to be corrected after ABVP’s strong intervention

ABVP’s resistance forces Kerala Government to rectify anti-national blunders in textbooks maligning Netaji and omitting Assam–Jharkhand from India’s map

The persistent efforts of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) have compelled the Kerala Government to withdraw the distorted content published in the 4th standard Environmental Studies teacher text and handbook. The draft, prepared under SCERT as part of curriculum revision, falsely portrayed Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose as a coward who fled to Germany fearing the British regime, and also carried a serious error of omitting Assam and Jharkhand from India’s map.

After ABVP’s strong nationwide opposition and official complaint, the Ministry of General Education, Kerala, has finally taken cognizance of the issue and directed SCERT to make corrections before printing. The revised and corrected lesson has now been made available on the SCERT website. Moreover, SCERT has been instructed to debar the members of the drafting committee responsible for these grave errors from all further academic activities.

ABVP National Secretary Shravan B Raj said, “It is only due to ABVP’s firm resistance and intervention that the Kerala Government was forced to accept its mistake and issue corrections. The attempt to portray Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, one of Bharat’s greatest patriots, as a coward was part of a deliberate conspiracy. By omitting Assam and Jharkhand, the CPM-led government revealed its anti-national mindset. This was no accident but a sinister agenda to break the nation’s integrity and mislead young students. ABVP will never allow such poisonous propaganda to creep into the minds of Bharat’s future generation.”

ABVP Kerala State Secretary EU Eswaraprasad added, “The Kerala Government that boasts of its education model has been caught red-handed serving distorted history. This was a heinous attempt to inject lies and Leftist propaganda into children’s minds. It is ABVP’s collective strength and nationwide voice that compelled the government to act and correct its wrongdoings. We warn the CPM-led government that ABVP will stand like a rock against every such anti-national ploy.”
