I’m an Annual Premium+ subscriber and a paid advertiser (@goddesvoid) running a dark theater and contemporary dance blog, "Theatre of the Void". A broken bot wrongfully flagged my art as "Adult Content" and halted all my paid campaigns.

The support journey is a pure Kafkaesque nightmare:
1. @AdsSupport has been ghosting me in DMs for a MONTH (Case DM-12585858), constantly repeating "an agent will be with you shortly".
2. I emailed [email protected]—the official billing address printed directly ON MY INVOICE.
3. The auto-reply instantly snapped back: "This mailbox is no longer monitored, go back to DMs."

@nikitabier @XSupport @XCreators @Premium—congratulations on building a flawless, infinite loop of zero accountability. You happily took my money, broke my account with an algorithmic error, and then locked all the doors from the inside. Fix this mess and get a human to review my ticket.
