I understand that I am in a “que” but my bigger issue is that I have updates my phone number in the app and o am still unable to make contact with my driver

This is a terrible customer service experience I am currently having.

The driver confirmed my items and now I am unable to reach him.

My phone number has been updated onthe application and still no resolve

Tho should not be so complex. My phone number on my account is updated. I’m unsure why I am still unable to call. My caller id isn’t off on my device. Make it make sense.
