@levelsio One thing that bothers me is the cognitive dissonance on AC versus heating. Heating is installed and used everywhere in winter, but AC is somehow viewed differently even though it's doing the same job, setting a comfortable indoor temperature.

I had this idea for a 4-player dynamic splitscreen setup.

Not sure if it's better than a traditional splitscreen setup, but I like the fact that you can see the relative locations of other players visually.

@madebyoliver @josevalim I'm guessing you probably haven't looked at Phoenix or Elixir PRs or you'd know that is very seldom true.
If a PR has enough content there's almost always room for discussion on why things are done a certain way, you learn a lot when doing it. I'm guessing it's a culture thing.

@josevalim There are still humans on the other side, but yes, it sucks when people think they can get away with having an AI respond in their name.
Some people do this lightheartedly, but to me this has consequences for their reputation. Permament mute or ban from the repo.

@paulg do you often need to go back to a previous essay shortly after finishing it? I guess one could keep a draft for months, or come back to it and write an improved version of sorts, or even write a new essay that mentions the first one. Curious if that even happens to you.

truly prepared people probably use powerstations with solar charging plus some form of generator in case there's a long outage with no sunlight

also I'm guessing this runs as a dirty nif, does this just crash just the one nif process or do all dirty nifs go down?

Programming Phoenix LiveView 13th (!) Beta Release is out. @redrapids and @sm_debenedetto have been working on this book for almost 5 years and went through an ungodly amount of work through updating it for LiveView 1.0 and Phoenix 1.8. Unsung heroes!!!
