@Specsavers questionable customer service at the Taunton store yesterday. After my eye test, I picked my glasses ( no staff available for assistance) I was then informed it would take at least 30 minutes for someone to come and help me buy them.

@garden_uk They make it impossible to complain. You call the number and it either recognises your number, or makes you input your parcel number and they tell you when they will next deliver. Had exactly the same problem today and now have to take Monday off
