A 21-year-old kid goes down during a workout. Exertional heatstroke. Catastrophic brain injury. Still unresponsive in a hospital bed WEEKS later.

And ASU's official report? "No one to blame."

Let that sink in. NO training plan was ever submitted. The ex-Green Beret running the workout had NO formal contract. It was 86–89 degrees with brutal humidity. And the university's conclusion is a shrug.

The family lawyer said it best: "The problem is not that ASU lacked policies. The problem is, no one followed them." He called the report "mind-boggling", "more advocacy than fact-finding."

Meanwhile the coach gets grilled on camera by ESPN and can't give a straight answer about why his players should still suit up for him. The family is begging for a CRIMINAL investigation.

No one to blame? Really? A young man's life is hanging by a thread and that's the answer?

Drop a 🙏 for Matthew and his family. They deserve better than this.

We just blew his ass up 25 when DA wouldn’t act. Because, money! After six years, he’s finally charged with something like 16 counts right now and out on bail.
