Your headlines are, once again, extremely misleading, so here is exactly what happened so you don’t have to work too hard (I know you hate it):

- On October 8, Hezbollah, a terror group, a proxy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and based in Lebanon, began launching barrage of rockets onto Israeli civilians.

- Since October, they have launched more than 8,000 rockets, killing 43 Israelis and injuring 272, including children.

- Due to the constant rocket fire, 62,000 Israelis are de facto refugees and unable to return to their homes in northern Israel, and 250,000 acres of nature have been burned.

- On July 27, Hezbollah crossed the line by sending a rocket into Majdal Shams’ soccer field, killing 12 children.

- On July 30, Israel eliminated Fuad Shukar, Hezbollah’s most senior commander and Nasrallah’s right-hand man, who was responsible for all of Hezbollah’s attacks since October 8, including the one that killed the 12 Israeli children.

- After weeks of threats of retaliation, this morning—on August 25—Hezbollah planned to launch 6,000 rockets toward Israel at 5 a.m.

- Thanks to Israeli intelligence, the air force thwarted this attack around 4:30 a.m. by destroying hundreds of rocket launchers in Lebanon.

- Despite this, Hezbollah still managed to launch 320 missiles into Israel at that time. This is clearly a confirmation of the terror group’s intention of a larger scale attack on Israel. Even though they claim that the rockets were aimed at military targets, they all hit civilian areas.

Without Israel’s preemptive attack on the launchers this morning, thousands of Israelis would be dead right now.

This was Liel Hetzroni.

She was just 12 years old.

On Oct 7th she was burned alive alongside her twin brother Yanai.

She was so badly burned, her body disintegrated and nothing remained of the little girl.

Forensics teams could not even identify even a shred of remnants of Liel.

Not even a pile of ash.

Her family couldn’t bury their beloved daughter.

They couldn’t even see her body for one last time.

Instead they scattered the small amount of ash from the remains of her personal belongings during a memorial service in Kibbutz Be’eri.
