This morning I had an appointment at the State Secretariat. See what I find at the Reseved Parking slot for Persons with disability....Could this not be avoided by dumping these stones meant for construction/repairs away from this slot?
Is there no sensitivity among the government contractors. There is no supervision ? And nobody even cares to see that this space is not blocked like this? If this is the state of affairs at the State Secretariat imagine how the accessibility of persons with disability is treated elsewhere...!!!

What is the level of indifference and insensitivity is this @goapice to repeated complaints of a person with disability.
I myself, as a Member of the Goa State Advisory Board on Disability called the PI of Verna Police station regarding this man's complaint. Every time nice reply is, 'i will personally look into it.'
When would this happen?
Is Goa police aware of the duties and responsibilities cast upo the Police regarding the protection of rights of persons with disability under the RPwD Act, 2016?

Held a session at Government Technical High School Centre, Panaji, Goa focused on awareness for students about children with special needs with special needs enrolled in the Multi Skill Foundation Course for Grade 10. The session was attended by students from Our Lady of the Rosary High School and Don Bosco High School.
Glad to see children taking keen interest in understanding disability, inclusion, Empowerment of Persons with disability.
Catch them young to make them aware and inclusive on disability.
