Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from @Wooden_street Order ID: 1133274
Delivery was completed on 8th May, and the defects were identified and reported immediately by the delivery personnel. Despite this, no proper resolution has been provided till now — only repeated requests to “wait” with complete uncertainty because their carpenters are “busy.”
This itself raises concerns about how many customers might already be facing similar quality and fitting issues. The quality standards at Wooden Street seem to have deteriorated significantly.
What is worse:
- No senior representative joined the escalation call even after repeated requests
- The justification was “it’s Sunday afternoon”
- No ownership, accountability, or customer-centric attitude has been shown
Customers pay premium prices and wait for weeks trusting the brand for factory-fitted quality products and professional after-sales support. Unfortunately, the actual experience has been exactly the opposite. So called “Luxury Furniture”
