Today I'm able to unlock the Submit Ticket button, but clicking it show red text "Unable to submit your request. Please try again." at the bottom of the screen.

@Ubiquiti Hi I am need technical support for a new product of yours I've purchased, but the "Submit Support Ticket" web page seems broken.

I fill out the criteria for help, but there is no button to make a ticket.

I can't seem to find any phone number to call or anything.
