@florida_grand I'm sure it's going to get renovated at some point. It's in one of the best areas in Tampa Bay. I've vacationed on Treasure Island several times and recently relocated to Clearwater. Treasure Island is such an awesome area with less crowded beaches.

I just moved to Clearwater and can confirm that there is tons of stuff to do in the Tampa Bay area. Not only the 3 main cities of Clrwtr, St Pete, Tampa, also Dunedin, Saftey Harbor, etc.
