@solopribuilds same as anything else, everyones brains are absolutely fried. Constant dopamine hits, instant hits on social media, doom scrolling, min maxing in games, now people found bots that will make them 5min oneshot demos, feel good about themselves for 20mins then forget about it
@LottoLabs he doesn't know anything about AI, he just doesn't want to lose face against china (which they will eventually anyway like any other industry)
@sattyyouneed I would say both, overhyped on the news, LLM's in current form are just nowhere near "conscious" or dangerous but also most boomers have no idea of the capabilities in the hands of someone capable.
@oxunify@TimJayas its a marketing scheme, current form of LLM's are no threat, the more its in the news the more people will use AI , this is all pre-IPO grand scale marketing and nothing else.
@_ak_111 fable is by far 100x better at coding and code quality, astra just has more multimodal abilities that makes it seem like its doing nice stuff while making fundamentally broken products.
@MiaAI_lab Putting opus to max and prompting stupid questions like that is user error and inability to select correct models and effort levels for the job.
@MaaSonder@thsottiaux its all a marketing scheme, AI in its current form is not some dangerous entity just yet. Let them power on but take the news and leaks with a grain of salt
@hiarun02 Grok has the best code quality , its just not multimodal enough yet but I'll put my money on @elonmusk that will change by end of year. If the speed and price stay lots of people will be switching.
