"Humble prayer to the Honorable High Court of Odisha and the Supreme Court of India, we seek justice for the 4200 SSB lecturers of Odisha.The Govt. of Odisha is implementing a dual policy for the same department from 2016. How is this shameful system being allowed to continue.

In Odisha, 4200 SSB Lecturers have been deprived since 2016. This disparity, continued by the previous BJD government, is urged to be addressed by national leaders, as requested by SSB lecturers, to bring justice. Some bureaucrats are allegedly perpetuating this issue knowingly.

OSLA had a productive discussion with the High-Level Expert Committee. We placed the long-pending concerns of SSB Lecturers of Odisha before the Committee. We are hopeful that our issues would be examined with a commitment to justice in the larger interest of higher education.

Very sad sir,we have crossed our 8yrs service period to be get promoted to next level,but govt agency want to rehabilitate lateral management candidates 1st ,then our turn,those who r recruited by fare transparent system of govt agency,higher education collapsed in odisha
