MSEB dug up road at Samarth Srishti entry (Datta Mandir Rd) & left it incomplete → mud + waterlogging = dangerous for residents.
Letter submitted, but MSEB ↔️ BMC blame game, no action.

Good to see the increased enforcement efforts by @MTPHereToHelp against the traffic rule violators among the two wheeler riders. The increasing violations also co relate with the higher share of two wheeler riders in road traffic deaths in India

extremely disappointing experience with Otis lift in our building. he lift shuts down twice a month, causing serious inconvenience to residents and visitors

For a brand with such a strong reputation, the reliability has been shockingly poor. Whether it’s due to mechanical failure or system errors, the downtime is far too frequent. Service response is slow, and there’s no lasting fix — just temporary patches. @OtisElevatorCo
