@PavanForInd@Karan16J New constructions won’t stop just because governments cannot provide basic necessities. Real estate is the primary driver of country’s growth. Government always does the catchup act.
@pathabastiajay Our basic requirement is balconies. Most Mumbai homes don’t have balconies. Moreover adding complex exterior design will increase costs and delay construction. That is a direct impact on their profitability. At least luxury apartments should go for it.
