@makemytripcare I booked this cab to Bangalore airport for 4:30AM 7th October. Driver has arrived and then denied trip. On top of that the driver said to cancel myself instead of him. Its a prepaid trip and on cancellation shows 0 refund your ivr option doesn't work in helpline

@ICICIBank_Care What is the sad level of your customer service. The representative was not able to resolve the complaint and instead responded that the cheque book will reach you. The delay is due to indiapost and why have we raised complaint on X.

@ICICIBank_Care your automated customer service number is pathetic and leads to nowhere. No RM picks up calls. Haven't received cheque book requested a week ago with speed post tracking showing delivered for my wife's account. Such shoddy service for a bank like yours. Shame!!!!

@makemytripcare I had rescheduled the flight under booking xx8843. There is a refund of 609 scheduled to be returned but I have not received the refund yet. Raised a customer complaint but the agent said she does not see any refund. What the hell is this! Can someone help!
