@VodafoneUK The most annoying thing in all this is the lack of communication from @VodafoneUK. If i had been told that you had cancelled my order I could have rectified the issue and stopped my current service from being disconnected. Really disappointed.

@VodafoneUK I recently set up an upgrade to full fibre from my current Vodafone home broadband service, however there was a technical glitch and my full fibre upgrade got cancelled which I didn’t find out till today now my current broadband will be cancelled this coming Monday

@VodafoneUK Hi, it was an upgrade from home broadband to super fast 100 full fibre. After being on the online chat on and off for about 5 hours yesterday I eventually had to place a new order and will receive a dongle for internet use until my new service is up and running. Not amused!

Thank for. I wish I never requested to upgrade now. Should have been an easy transition upgrading to full fibre. Is this how @VodafoneUK conducts business. Do you like to leave your customers without internet service which was caused by your error??

@eaitken1983 Agree, however he was the kind of captain we’ve been crying out for since Shinnie left. He was alway is the refs ear and ensuring the opposition never had it easy. I think we will miss that influence big time. Unfortunately we’re back to Lewis being captain again 😴

@eaitken1983 Totally agree. Some of the comments on here are way over the top. I mean the stats on possession and attempts at goal today would normally win the game comfortably. A couple of bad defensive mistakes from a team that’s still gelling is going to happen ffs. A bad day at the office
