@salltweets @DeniseEllen7 gives me an instant sinus headache - even when i just walk past it

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@nickfshort I thought seasons 1 and 2 were very good, season 3 not so great. will probably watch season 4 for Rufus moments

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@holland_tom so here for this!

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@benryanwriter actually that’s a good use case for AI - how did it go?

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@aniobrien The Book Club podcast (Goalhanger) - hosted by Dominic Sandbrook and Tabitha Syrett is really good - diverse range of views and no preaching!

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@dcsandbrook @bookclubpodhq loved re-reading this - I read it 1st when I was 12 and all I can remember is being outraged on Jane’s behalf at being made to stand on a chair in the middle of the class room. Needless to say I got much more out of it this time round!

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@bookclubpodhq Lolita (agree with the 10/10 - brilliant writing), The Secret History, Jane Eyre, Hound of the Baskervilles, The Code of the Woosters and The Bell Jar (a re-read)

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@holland_tom @TheRestHistory formidable!

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@KirstieMAllsopp throw in an (already) dry towel with the wet clothes - a technician who came out to fix our dryer told us that - it seems to work 🤷‍♀️

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@dcsandbrook @bookclubpodhq loved the episode, so I’m willing to give the book a try. A wonderful accompaniment would be if a certain history podcast did one of their 4 part specials on the Spanish Civil War. I think that would enhance my enjoyment of the book…

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@holland_tom @TheRestHistory fantastic series on the Tudor Cold War - loved every minute. You mention the Cambridge Spies in passing in one of the episodes - any chance @TheRestHistory would do a series on Philby and the other spies?

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@disco___cat am dying to go. Is not knowing any Croatian a problem?

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@wmarybeard brilliant episode! thanks to you and Charlotte. have convinced my husband to come with me to see the film - he’s not exactly an ancient greek history fan so this synopsis will be very helpful! can’t wait to see the film but am in Australia so we have to wait a bit longer…

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@Leo_Puglisi6 yeh me too - though England v Norway has some Dark Ages energy - not sure who to go for there

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@NeilJamesFoster @Bernard_Lane thanks for this - a very informative and important article.

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@MadameGilflurt @Rush2Deborah this might be her? she’s very pretty https://t.co/hmtuzvtdC4

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@Peter_Fitz it was pretty bad - but it’s a crap anthem even with a good singer. Notwithstanding the lyrics I actually prefer God Save the King (I’ll grab my coat)

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@dcsandbrook @bookclubpodhq loved it! Great review - you mentioned Sylvia Plath - would the Book Club consider doing the Bell Jar? Cracking opening line.

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@ElizabethKamel yes! definitely evokes memories of grandmas - also Estée Lauder’s White Linen

[Nicole Graham @grahmsey]

@SimonCalder Munich airport is pretty crap
