So many @bt_uk ads all over the radio about their 'best broadband' when we can barely get our wifi to work in our tiny city house. Engineer found no fault despite and now another 3 months of having to apologise to colleagues for my wifi crashing our meetings 🙄. Totally rubbish.

Your driver today attempted to deliver a parcel but didnt leave the card as supposed to. I ran down the street as i didnt get to the door in time but he didnt hear me calling. Please can you tell me how to rearrange delivery / collect my parcel without a card? @parcelforce
