@MariaMCasey @garethjllewelyn @IanDunt To be fair(er?) This isn't a demand issue, it's a supply issue, and I've seen it first hand in rural Surrey. Planning applications are met with "it will radically change the character of the village" when it's adding 2% to the local housing stock.
